Having recently moved from Costa Rica to the Charlotte area our small children missed the inviting smell of fresh baked cake coming out of the oven. Over the previous four years they got used to seeing cakes and cupcakes heading out daily. Joy is the combination of the love I have for baking and the feel good sensation of taking care of my health needs choosing low carb options. I want to give Charlotte the chance to pick healthier treats without comprimising on taste or looks, there is definitely more room for Joy.
