WHAT IS LOW CARB?

Low Carb = Low in Carbohydrates.

WHAT MAKES OUR TREATS LOW CARB?

Instead of using traditional ingredients like cane sugar and wheat based flours we use clean alternative ingredients. Instead of wheat based flour we use a combination of organic, nutrient dense Almond flour and Coconut flour. Instead of cane sugar we use Erythritol a sugar alcohol that contains 0 calories and doesn't affect your Glycemic Index.

ARE OUR LOW CARB TREATS KETO?

YES! All of our Low Carb treats are also KETO!

ARE OUR LOW CARB TREATS GLUTEN FREE?

Although our ingredients are naturally gluten free all our treats are baked in a home kitchen. Cross contamination can expose these ingredients to gluten. Therefore if you have a gluten allergy we are sorry we can't accommodate your requests at this time. Nonetheless consider us your gluten friendly option.

ARE OUR LOW CARB TREATS LACTOSE FREE?

Not at this time. We use butter in all our preparations. The best, creamiest, purest buttery butter.

CAN DIABETICS ENJOY OUR LOW CARB TREATS?

Yes! Our low carb treats are safe for those with diabetes. Our sugar substitutes are low calorie and have a low glycemic index, meaning it will not cause an increase in your sugar levels and won't affect your insulin levels. You can enjoy our treats without worrying about a sugar crash.

CAN YOU PROVIDE A NUTRITIONAL LABEL FOR MY ORDER?

Gladly! Once you've personalized your order we can provide an ingredient list and nutritional label. Please request it with your order.

CAN I ORDER TRADITIONAL CAKES?

Of course! We can bake your custom cake and cupcakes using the best traditional ingredients. Always freshly baked from scratch and never premixes or frozen. Let's talk about your personalized order.

CAN I ORDER A FONDANT CAKE?

At the moment we are only offering buttercream frosted cakes. There is no low carb substitute for fondant.
